Could This Be the New Samsung Galaxy S6?

With Mobile World Congress right around the corner, we're all left to patiently await the unveiling of two Android flagship smartphones—HTC's One M9 and Samsung's Galaxy S6.

We already have a great look at the M9, courtesy of images and promo videos that were leaked by upleaks. Now it appears we've got a peek at the Galaxy S6 as well, just days before its unveiling.

Draped in bubble wrap, these images come from XDA member reefur, and he claims to have one in-hand.

While the face certainly looks like a Galaxy device, the leaker states that the front and back are glass, with metal on the sides—both of which were rumors associated with Samsung's upcoming flagship.

We'll be monitoring reefur's thread for more information and will post updates here as necessary. And join us March 1st for a rundown of announcements from both HTC and Samsung.

Update #1

More pictures, and the confirmation that this guy has a non-removable battery (most likely to keep this baby thin). Mic, USB, and headphone jack appear on the bottom, with what looks like another mic and an IR blaster on top. There's no apparent SD-card slot, but we'll have to wait for the final build to see if that holds up.

And here a couple shots of the SIM-card slot...no SD card slot visible.

Finally, we have a very crude "measurement" of screen size, which looks to be somewhere between 5- and 5.5-inches.

Update #2

More leaks! This time by XDA member graaler:

Well well, if it isn't the Galaxy S6 Edge along with it's standard counterpart. Not too much to glean from these except that the Edge is freaking beautiful!

And here are more shots from the original leaker:
